One of Travelape's favorite French Quarter hotels has just received great honors from the hotel community. The Hotel Monteleone is one of only two hotels in the New Orleans French Quarter to be awarded Four Diamonds by the American Automobile Association (AAA). The Diamond award system rates lodgings with one to five stars, based on guidelines that reflect competitive trends in the hotel industry. 

The Hotel was selected for this honor due to its extensive array of amenities combined with a high degree of hospitality, service, and attention to detail. The Four Diamond establishments are upscale in all areas, according to the AAA Lodging Requirements & Diamond Rating Guidelines. 

The Four Diamond rating is only one of several honors that Hotel Monteleone has attained for its impeccable service and high level of customer satisfaction, including the third consecutive award by J.D. Power & Associates for “outstanding guest experience” in an upscale hotel. 

The Hotel Monteleone is also the only French Quarter Hotel that is both a literary and historic landmark. “We are ecstatic that we have earned this honor,” says Andrea Thornton, Director of Sales and Marketing. “We strive to give our clients the best experience possible.
